The Suffolk Intergroup Archives Committee desperately needs volunteers to help get our valuable materials in order.

We also need enthusiastic people to gather information on the histories of all groups and meetings in Suffolk County. People that know how to matte and frame pictures for the intergroup office are very much needed.

We are always looking for donations of old A. A. material: books, articles, pictures, Grapevines, SIA bulletins, pictures, meeting lists, especially items pertaining to the history of AA. In Suffolk County.

Contact: SIA Office at (631) 654-1150 for more information or Bob at archives@suffolkny-aa.org

The Treatment Facilites Committee needs volunteers.

There are committments available in the Northport and Commack areas. All weekday are currently available. Meeting times are at 1:00 PM and this time can be adjusted slightly. The meetings will last for one hour.

The suggested requirements to chair a meeting; one year of sobriety, a sponsor, a home group and a commitment in that group are required. Chairing a meeting is a ONE year commitment.

To volunteer or for more information, contact Treatment Facilities Chairperson at treatment@suffolkny-aa.org. The Facilities meeting is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at the SIA office.
